Aura is beyond thrilled to announce a unique partnership with renowned stylist, Sally Rogerson and S•R Education. Sally, a forerunner of salon education and passionate advocate for the industry, shares the same love the Aura team has for advancing the Modern Salon.
Sally entered the salon world at the young age of 16 with Vidal Sassoon where she spent years learning tips and tricks from one of the world’s most influential companies and worked her way up the ranks to eventually become Creative Director at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. Ten years of championing education for stylists led her to transfer to a role as Senior Creative Director in 2002.
Challenging the norm is a foundation of Sally’s work—evidenced in her artsy, punk-rock personality and “make it happen” attitude—she educates hundreds of stylists each year. Inspired by the students and trends around her, Sally opened S•R Education to make her lessons even more accessible. High-quality, modern and relevant hair education through a personalized and hands-on approach are just a few of the foundations she builds her educational resources on. A platform artist, editorial shoot trend-setter and international brand ambassador, Sally stops at nothing to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and to ensure that any stylist who wants it has access to her training.
