Effective Date: October 22, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in AURA SALONWARE, INC.’s ‘1 Payment ’till 2026′ Campaign (“Promotion”), offering only 1 payment for the remainder of 2025, up to 2 months free according to the sign date. By participating, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, do not participate. This Promotion is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws across the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
1. Eligibility
- New customers only: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry, with no prior purchases or accounts from AURA SALONWARE, INC..
- Employees, officers, directors of AURA SALONWARE, INC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
2. Promotion Period
- The Promotion begins on October 22, 2025 and ends on November 30th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Offers or entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
3. How to Participate
- Sign with AURA SALONWARE to receive the special billing rate and only receive 1 payment for 2025, up to 2 months free according to timing of signing and monthly bill cycle.
- Limit: One use per eligible salon and/or salon location.
- AURA SALONWARE, INC. reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or violating these T&Cs.
4. Offer Details
- Sign during the promotion dates and make only 1 monthly payment ‘til 2026!
- The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value except where required by law.
- Participants are responsible for all taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the offer.
- AURA SALONWARE, INC. may substitute or modify the offer if unavailable due to legal or operational reasons.
5. Privacy
- By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy [link to policy]. We will handle your data in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, using it solely to administer the Promotion and deliver relevant marketing communications.
6. Limitations of Liability
- AURA SALONWARE, INC., its affiliates, and agents are not responsible for: (a) technical failures; (b) unauthorized access; or (c) any loss or damage arising from participation or offer use.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURA SALONWARE, INC. disclaims all warranties regarding the Promotion or offer.
- In no event shall AURA SALONWARE, INC.’s liability exceed the value of the discount.
7. General Conditions
- AURA SALONWARE, INC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity, or to comply with legal requirements.
- Participants agree to abide by these T&Cs and AURA SALONWARE, INC.’s decisions, which are final.
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Auburn, AL.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
