No purchase is necessary for this Offer. Eligible businesses will receive a $100 Visa e-gift card via email to the email address provided when booking the demonstration within four (4) weeks of completion of the qualified demonstration. This Offer is limited to one (1) e-gift card per business. This Offer is not available to (1) current Aura Salonware or Rosy Salon Software customers; (2) prospective customers who have participated in an Aura Salonware demonstration prior to October 13, 2024; (3) solo owner/operators of a business; or (4) persons not authorized to act on behalf of the business seeking to accept the Offer. This Offer is also not available to businesses outside of the United States or Canada. All recipients of a Visa e-gift card under this Offer are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the e-gift card, as well as reporting the receipt of the e-gift card as required under applicable federal and state laws. Aura Salonware is not responsible for, and will not replace, the gift card, once delivered, for any reason. Aura Salonware is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the recipient’s use of the e-gift card. If you accept the Offer, then you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aura Salonware from and against any and all third party claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in this  promotion and/or acceptance of the Offer. First Month Free Offer Promotion: This offer (“Offer”) is limited to businesses who (1) schedule an Aura Salonware demonstration prior to December 31, 2024; (2) attend the entirety such demonstration within the month of December 2024 or January 2025; and (3) purchase a subscription to either of Aura Salonware’s “Fearless,” “Fierce,” or “Ferocious” package offerings. Eligible businesses will have no fees on their first monthly invoice after they purchase the applicable subscription. This Offer is not available to (1) current Aura Salonware or Rosy Salon Software customers; (2) prospective customers who have participated in an Aura Salonware demonstration prior to October 13, 2024; (3) solo owner/operators of a business; or (4) persons not authorized to act on behalf of the business seeking to accept the Offer.
